Order Sendings and Deliveries
Depending on the distance of the delivery address specified by our customers, with the condition not to exceed the legal 30-day period, the order for each product is delivered to our customers or the person or organization at the address specified by them within the timeframe stated on our website. Deliveries will be made only by our designated shipping companies or distribution network, with identity verification. Our customers cannot request delivery with a different shipping company.
The shipping cost for orders is automatically indicated on our website for our customers. Shipping costs are calculated online on our website during the shopping and added to the invoice. The amount our customers will pay for shipping is always clear on the basket page and explicitly stated. Therefore, the final payment amount includes both the product price and the shipping cost. If our customers deceive us and place an order while being under 18 years of age, our website has the right to unilaterally cancel the order. If our customers cancel their order, the amount they paid will be refunded to their credit card within 10 days if they paid by credit card, and if they paid by bank transfer, the amount will be refunded to the account they paid. In case of bank transfer refunds, our customers are obliged to inform us of their bank details when requested. Otherwise, our company is not responsible for any delays that may occur. During these transactions, commission fees taken by the bank, and other possible related expenses are deducted from the refunded amount.

If the reason for the return is a technical defect or flaw in the product, katresifa.com will exchange the product with another one or refund the amount equal to the cost of the product and the shipping cost, as well as, if any, the cash on delivery commission fee.
Our company cannot be held responsible for any malfunctions or other technical reasons that may occur during the provision of services on the website www.katrehabamat.com or at any time; discontinuing or interrupting the provision of these services; arising shortcomings from hardware, software, and internet server, or stock shortages.
